It was on the occasion of the annual VBOB reunion. Stanley A.Wojtusik, 106th Inf. Div. was National President and chairman of the Reunion. Benjamin Patton, the Grandson of Gen. George S. Patton III; was a main speaker at the Dedication.
Also in attendance was Josiane Peltzer of Berdorf, Luxembourg
and Paul Schmit, Minister from the Luxembourg Embassy!

Charles De Christopher of Philadelphia who donated the Monument Stone as well as the Stone at Hyannis, MA,
and at Ft. Indiantown Gap, PA and others.
The two young scouts are the sons of the Veteran who furnished the Color Guard from the Massachusetts National Guard 1st Artillery,
102D Field Artillery, Quincy, MA.
